Prefabricated design house on the Costa Azahar
Fenollosa and Arguedas architects designed a project that seems to emerge from the paradigms of sculpture.
In this modular house, a series of prisms are put together to generate a more complex volume. By changing the color (gray and white) the architect emphasizes these prisms, so that the building is not understood as a complex entity but as the sum of several simple units. Finally, a more transparent facade opens to the views, the porch and the garden.
In the interior, the communications core stands out. The staircase is emphasized with a false courtyard, generating a play of transparencies that enriches the architecture. This core is presented as the central element of the circulations, the undisputed protagonist of the space.

Arctic wall system for our house by Fenollosa y Arguedas architects
Artificial light is another material that has been worked on a lot. Ceilings, walls or railings have the perfect solution to achieve a balanced architecture.
From Hormipresa we took on this project with enthusiasm, adapting it to our Arctic Wall system without modifying the design and project of Fenollosa and Arguedas. It was a very rewarding challenge, and the result of this synergy is this refined house.
