Logistical buildings
Logistical buildings are used for storing goods, materials, semi-finished products or finished products awaiting transfer to the next link in the supply chain. They serve as centres for regulating the flow of goods in terms of ensuring availability and meeting the needs of manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
Warehouses are used by manufacturers, importers, exporters, retailers, couriers, customers, etc.
They are usually large, one-storey buildings located on industrial estates in cities.
They are equipped with lorry loading and unloading docks and storage systems (shelving, racks, etc.) designed to accommodate specific products and facilitate stock rotation.
Industrial buildings stand out for being functional, open plan, considerably bright and orientated towards facilitating production and all activities related to it: the work of operators, internal transport, exit and entry of goods, etc.
