    Structural system

  • The standard type of Spanish prefabricated structure based on joining three main elements: pillars, girders and hollow slabs.

It is very useful when large open grids are required with no structural walls to spoil the space, where the façade serves as a skin to clad the building.

The procedure is used to construct buildings for homes, offices, hospitals, schools and more, at heights of 20 m or over, with or without basements.

The structural system consists of vertical support elements (pillars) made from reinforced concrete, flooring made of reinforced or prestressed concrete girders and prestressed concrete hollow slabs, manufactured in series and attached by on-site reinforcement and cementing at the joints.
